My mission: To help you achieve any goal — personal or professional, big or small — that enhances your health, happiness and success.
I’m Laura Lee Bloor, a holistic health coach and creator of Tenacious Lee. I help ambitious professional women achieve their personal optimum health so they can better balance work, family, friends and volunteering.
I do this because I believe we all can and deserve to live healthy, happy, successful lives.
Tenacious Lee is based in San Clemente, Calif. Currently, I am receiving my health coaching training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I am being instructed in more than 100 dietary theories and studying a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
My specialized training enables me to help you create your own personal map to optimum health that is built upon your unique body, lifestyle, goals, and preferences.
Are you curious about how health coaching can help you? Let’s talk.

- Content Producer/Marketing Specialist for WebMD
- Associate Web Editor for CatChannel.com, the web site for Cat Fancy magazine
- Assistant Editor for Cat Fancy magazine
My freelance work also has appeared in/on:
- First30Days.com

When I’m not working or doing a Boot Camp session, I’m out running the beach trail near our apartment or taking a yoga class at Asana Fit where I’m one of the featured health coaches. You may also spot me at Knuckleheads, the best dive bar in all of Orange County.
I also enjoy cooking and finding new healthy recipes that actually taste good. I have found most of my favorite healthy recipes through Real Simple and Self.com.
I’m a volunteer at Laura’s House, a shelter for women and children who are domestic violence victims. I’m also a sponsor for Women for Women International and absolutely love it.
I’m a journalism graduate from Ohio University, and not a day goes by that I don’t mourn my time at OU. I was born and raised in Lexington, Ohio, and after attending OU, I moved to California to work at Cat Fancy in 2005. Eventually, Mr. Man came to his senses and moved out here in 2006. We live in San Clemente, Calif., with our cat Phyllis Nutstomper.

Very inspirational – thank you!!
